Copyright of all content comprising or contained within this website remains with the AFSVC and other copyright owners as specified. Â

As a matter of moral integrity and adherence to copyright law, AFSVC sets forth these policies for all employees and authorized patrons: Users of this website are prohibited to reproduce any copyrighted work in print, video, or digital form in violation of the law. Works are considered protected even if they are not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office or any registering agency outside the U.S. and even if they do not carry the copyright symbol (©). Copyrighted works include but are not limited to printed articles from publications, electronic articles in online publications, online videos, movies, TV and radio programs, recorded music performances, images, training materials, manuals, documentation, software programs, databases, websites, and blogs. In general, the laws that apply to printed materials also apply to visual and digital formats such as websites, streaming media, music downloads, mobile apps, CDs, and DVDs. Â
Employees can copy and internally distribute copyright-protected works as often as needed. Â

The AFSVC Office of Strategic Marketing expects its authorized patrons and employees to be responsible consumers of copyrighted materials. We also encourage authorized patrons and employees to educate their peers on copyright compliance. If any authorized patron or employee witnesses a potential copyright infringement, please bring the matter to the attention of the individual as well as to the AFSVC Office of Strategic Marketing. Â
Trademarks

DoD and Air Force policy and regulations prohibit the use of office Air Force markings, insignia, and symbols in ways that imply endorsement of a commercial or non-federal entity or activity. (see CFR Part 2635.702 and the DoD Joint Ethics Regulation, DoD 5500.7-R). This applies to all Air Force markings and symbols, including the Air Force Symbol.
